View, Purchase, and Download Your Photos

After you redeem your QR code or access code, KeySnapshots opens your photo gallery. Depending on the photographer's settings, you may be able to preview photos before purchasing or unlocking the full gallery.

The gallery may show photo previews so you can confirm that you are in the right place. If you do not see your photos yet, the photographer may still be uploading them.

When you are ready, select the purchase or unlock option shown on the gallery page. KeySnapshots uses Stripe Checkout to process payments securely.

Your total may include:

• The gallery price set by the photographer.
• A delivery fee.
• Any payment details shown during checkout.

After the payment is complete, return to the gallery to download your photos.

Once your gallery is unlocked, select Download All Photos or the available download option. Save the files to your phone, tablet, or computer.

If you are using a phone, check your downloads folder, photo app, or browser files area. If you are using a computer, check your Downloads folder.

KeySnapshots galleries are temporary. Some gallery access may be available for a limited time, such as 72 hours. Download your photos as soon as possible after purchase so you do not lose access.
