Quick answers for customers opening a gallery and photographers using KeySnapshots Studio.

How do I open my photos?+

Scan the QR code on your card or message, or go to the KeySnapshots code entry page and enter the access code exactly as it appears. If the code is valid and the photos are ready, your gallery will open.

Do customers need an account?+

No. Customers can open a code-linked gallery without creating an account. Photographer accounts are only needed for people uploading and managing photo moments.

Why are my photos not ready yet?+

The photographer may still be editing or uploading the gallery. Keep your physical card or digital code, try again later, and use the email notification option if it appears.

How do purchases and downloads work?+

When a gallery is ready, you may be able to preview photos before purchase. KeySnapshots uses Stripe Checkout for secure payment. After the gallery is unlocked, use Download All Photos or the available download option.

How long is a gallery available?+

KeySnapshots galleries are temporary. Some galleries may only be available for a limited time, such as 72 hours, so download your photos as soon as possible after purchase.

How do photographers share photos?+

Photographers can create a studio account, use physical cards or digital codes, upload a photo moment, set a customer price, and share the code or link with the customer.

Can photographers get paid through KeySnapshots?+

Paid galleries use Stripe Checkout for customer purchases. Photographer payouts may require Stripe Connect setup before funds can be transferred.
