For help with a photo purchase, download, receipt, duplicate charge, or gallery access after checkout, email support@keysnapshots.com.
If Photos Will Not Open or Download
Tell us what you tried, what device or browser you used, and any error message you saw. If you have a QR card, access code, or gallery link, include that too.
Payment or Duplicate Order Questions
Email us before placing another order. If you were charged twice, bought the wrong gallery, or cannot find your receipt, include the checkout email and any Stripe receipt information.
