Redeem Your QR Code or Access Code

You can open your KeySnapshots gallery by scanning a QR code or entering your access code manually.

1. Open the camera app on your phone.
2. Point the camera at the QR code on your card or message.
3. Tap the link that appears.
4. Wait for the KeySnapshots page to open.
5. Select View Photos to open your gallery.

1. Go to the KeySnapshots code entry page.
2. Type the access code exactly as it appears.
3. Check for missing letters or numbers.
4. Select View Photos.

• Use the full code from your card, message, or link.
• Codes may include letters and numbers.
• If your code has dashes, enter it the same way it appears.
• Check that you did not confuse similar characters, such as O and 0, or I and 1.
• If the code does not work, try scanning the QR code again.

If your photos are ready, your gallery will open. If your photographer is still uploading photos, you may see a message saying the photos are not ready yet. In that case, you can request an email notification.
