Program terms

• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, membership, referral capability, commission eligibility, or payout access.
• KeySnapshots may approve, reject, waitlist, request more information, or withdraw application availability at its discretion.
• You must provide accurate, current information and promptly correct material changes.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Applications are currently limited to United States applicants.
• Applicants must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, disclosure duties, tax obligations, and KeySnapshots policies.

• Approved members receive a personal referral code and link. Share only your own code and link.
• New photographers who sign up with your code or link get 20% off their first month of the Standard plan. The discount does not apply to shipping, tax, or later months.
• A signup is credited to the most recent valid code or link used within 30 days before checkout.

• Current default bonus: 20% of the first month's Standard plan price paid, for each new photographer's first paid Standard signup credited to you. On today's $15 plan with the 20% discount, that is $2.40 per signup.
• Shipping, tax, discounts, later subscription months, and free accounts are not included.
• KeySnapshots may agree different terms with you in writing; agreed terms apply to signups after they are set.
• Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, refunded, disputed, or charged-back payments, and signups that break these terms or the Code of Conduct do not earn a bonus, and a bonus already credited for them can be reversed.

• Each bonus is reviewed for 30 days after the signup is paid before it qualifies.
• Qualified bonuses are paid monthly once your balance reaches $10.00, through Stripe Connect to the account you set up.
• Before your first payout you must complete Stripe's identity and bank setup and provide a valid tax form (W-9) for review. Bank arrival timing is set by Stripe.
• You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. KeySnapshots may issue tax forms as required by law.
• If a bonus is reversed after payout, KeySnapshots may deduct it from future bonuses.

• Clearly disclose that you may earn a bonus, for example "#ad" or "I earn a bonus if you sign up with my code," in every post, video, or message that promotes KeySnapshots.
• Do not make false claims, promise earnings, bid on KeySnapshots brand search terms, or send spam.
• You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of KeySnapshots.

• KeySnapshots may review applications, promotional activity, referral activity, and account activity for compliance and fraud prevention.
• KeySnapshots may suspend, limit, terminate, or reject participation for inaccurate information, prohibited conduct, fraud, security risk, legal risk, or policy violations.
• You may leave the program at any time. Qualified bonuses earned before you leave or before termination are paid under these terms unless they were earned through a violation.
• KeySnapshots may change or end the program with notice; changes do not reduce bonuses already qualified.

By checking the acknowledgement box and submitting your application, you confirm that your electronic acceptance is associated with the account, document versions, typed legal name, timestamp, and technical metadata recorded by KeySnapshots.
